Golf at Shadow Wood Country Club
The great traditions of the game of golf have been preserved at Shadow Wood Country Club. Here, members enjoy 54 holes of challenging golf, and all the amenities and exemplary service of a traditional country club.
Shadow Wood Country Club includes three championship golf courses; Shadow Wood Country Club North and South courses at The Brooks, designed by award-winning designer Bob Cupp, and the Arthur Hills designed Preserve at Shadow Wood Preserve, just five miles north of The Brooks.
Shadow Wood North and South are anchored by a breathtaking 30,000-square-foot clubhouse with restaurant, lounge, private dining room, pro shop, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and a nine-court tennis complex. A second clubhouse and golf pro shop are located at Shadow Wood Preserve.
Shadow Wood Country Club offers three distinct courses sure to delight and challenge novice and serious golfers alike. Shadow Wood Country Club’s North Course features mounding, undulating fairways that overlook lakes and beautiful nature preserves. The South Course is open and forgiving, with large landing areas and several water features. The Preserve Course winds around and through natural preserve areas, with wetlands and marshes that are rich with native oaks, Florida slash pines, sabal palms, palmettos and other native vegetation.

Resident Golf Membership
Golf members are entitled use of all the golf, tennis and social facilities at Shadow Wood and Shadow Wood Preserve. There no greens fees or court fees for use of the golf and tennis facilities, but members are required to pay golf cart fees. Golf members have the highest priority to reserve golf starting times and tennis court times. All Shadow Wood Country Club Resident Golf Members automatically become Resident Gold Members of The Commons Club. The cap for this membership is 350 per 18 holes of golf.
